Permission for Procession / Sit-in Protest / Event / Film Shoot

**Applicant Eligibility:**
The location for which permission is sought—whether for a procession, protest/demonstration, public event, or film shoot—must be situated within the state of Uttar Pradesh.

**Application Processing:**
Following the submission of an application for permission regarding a procession, protest, public event, or film shoot, and subsequent to the receipt of verification reports from the concerned Station House Officer (SHO), Circle Officer (CO), and other relevant authorities, the respective District-level Officer-in-Charge or District Magistrate issues a digitally signed permission letter, which is made available online.

**Notifications to the Applicant:**
The applicant receives system-generated notifications on their registered mobile number and email ID at various stages: upon the successful submission of the application, upon the completion of verification by the concerned Police Station, Local Intelligence Unit (LIU), and District Crime Records Bureau (DCRB), and upon the final disposal of the application.
